As Cubist Cloud’s software analyst, developer and the key interface between our clients and development team since 2021, my role is broad. I develop, use and test software, identifying bugs and recommending user experience and interface improvements. And I work with our client users, taking feedback so we can constantly improve, as well as delivering training and product demos to new clients, which includes creating our extensive training video suite.

Before joining Cubist Cloud, and sister company Sirrus Computers, I was a designer in the exhibitions industry. This, alongside my degree in product design from the University of Leeds, helps me understand how to create better tech solutions that non-techies find easy to use.
