Cubist Cloud offers a free tier that gives access to a limited range of functions and features at no cost. Anyone can access the free tier starter package and there is no time limit to the free trial.   

Below, we highlight the benefits of trying the Starter subscription, what you can expect and how you will benefit.  

What can you expect on the Starter subscription?  

As highlighted, there is no time limit. However, there is a limit on the number of inventory items (up to 100) and contacts (up to 100) available, and you are limited to one user only. There is a cost if you require access for additional users.  

Sign up is easy and fast on the Starter subscription, and you only need to provide basic information. Then, simply input your custom URL name (XXX.cubist.cloud) and select any add-ons you require, such as increasing the inventory item allowance or importing data from your current system into Cubist Cloud. The additional features available will be detailed during sign up.  
 

Starter subscription: features and benefits 

The Starter tier gives users basic-level access to most Cubist Cloud features. Users can manage their sales and expense transactions while having visibility over up to 100 inventory items. This will make it easier for you to see what aspects of your inventory are performing well while helping you to track and monitor the status of artworks and consignments, and your sales data overall.   

Your sales and business data will be securely stored within Cubist Cloud, and you’ll be able to view this data quickly and easily via the powerful search function, as well as store and recall it.  

There is also unlimited email support from the Cubist Cloud team, and you can share feedback or request new features via our feature request facility. The feature request facility is built into Cubist Cloud, so you don’t need to leave the page you are on to access it. If you encounter an issue or have a query while using Cubist Cloud, simply take a screenshot, add comments to the screenshot and submit it.  

By upgrading from the Starter tier, you can access:  

• Groups – the Groups page allows you to pull together collections of artworks for certain exhibitions, art fairs and presentations, and for using templates.  
• Data exports or printing functions, such as PDFs, Groups catalogue data, custom templates or other information directly from Cubist Cloud 
• Email functions, including templates, customisation and exporting 
   

Starter subscription: add-ons 

Though the Starter subscription will facilitate the day-to-day running of your gallery and help you manage your sales data and inventory, it is the basic-level tier.  

However, we’re keen that Cubist Cloud is flexible, competitive on price and accessible to those who need it. As such, Starter subscription users can request add-ons to expand the scope of functions and features they have access to without upgrading to the Shows or Gallery tiers.  

For example, you can expand your inventory allowance to 5,000 per month and expand the contacts allowance for just £35 per month without needing to upgrade – upgrading to the next tier costs £90 per month.
